ResetRoom has no user accounts, so there is no profile to close. Almost everything ResetRoom knows about you is on your iPhone and is removed the moment you delete it.
Delete everything on your iPhone
Open ResetRoom → Settings → Delete all local data. This permanently removes session history, before-and-after thumbnails, Reset Scores, XP, streak, workspace profiles, and preferences. The action cannot be undone and the data is not recoverable, because it was never copied off the device.
Deleting the app from your Home Screen removes the same protected app storage. Scheduled reminder notifications are cancelled with it.

Photos, bounding boxes, precise location, contacts, and names are never sent to our servers, so there is nothing of that kind to delete. If you enable optional AI coaching, generated task titles and aggregate object counts are sent to the ResetRoom API only to produce that response; they are not intentionally persisted, and task titles are stripped before the optional AI text provider is contacted.
Ask us to delete server records
Email [email protected] with the subject “Deletion request”. Because we do not hold an email address or name for you, we need the installation identifier to locate the records:
- Open ResetRoom → Settings → Export privacy-safe diagnostics.
- Attach the exported JSON file to your email.
- We confirm the deletion by reply, normally within 30 days and sooner where local law requires it.
If you have already deleted the app and cannot export diagnostics, tell us the approximate first-use date and region and we will delete any matching registration.
